Terms and conditions:


We are the home to the most moist cakes full of flavour in Auckland. Baked with high quality ingredients including free range eggs, highest quality chocolate and a lot of love to create our undeniably delicious cakes.


It is important to understand all our cakes are unique and handmade, with no two cakes being the same, therefore size, decorations and icing textures may vary - please use the image gallery as a guide.


Our delicious products are created where they have or could have come into contact with nuts, wheat, dairy and other allergens. Please keep this in mind when completing your order.


Please note, all orders and enquiries made outside of office hours will be responded to within 24 hours of the next working day.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS


Please read our cancellation and refund (store credit only) policy carefully. We want all of our customers to be satisfied with their delicious purchase from Amy’s Secret Kitchen.


Payment is required to confirm your order. All orders must be paid in full prior to your collection or delivery to secure your booking.

Once payment is received we will process your order and add it to our system.


All custom cakes require payment to be made 5 working days prior to the order date.

This is because we may need to order in special decorations.


Payments can be made online with Apple Pay, Paypal or manually entering your details. 


Please make sure you read our Delivery Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a courier. Because our products are classed as perishable items, we are not responsible once your order has been collected from us. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is at home to receive the delivery. 


Customers accept full responsibility for their order once it has been collected. Any concerns about your cake must be raised straight away on collection. Once your cake has been collected you agree that you are happy with it. We are happy to advise on collection and how best to transport your cake should you ask, however, we will not give a refund or fix damaged cakes, once they have left our kitchen. It is the customer's full responsibility to be careful with transporting the cake, and cupcakes.


A REFUND WILL NOT BE GIVEN IF ORDERS ARE CANCELED.


Due to the labour and ingredients that have gone into creating your delicious order, we are not able to complete a store credit if you cancel your order within 48 hours.


CANCELED ORDERS  are given as store credit. No cash refunds or refunds.
